- Review the Purchase & Sale Agreement for completeness and accuracy.
- Constant communication with buyer/seller, lender, title, agents.
- Review the PAS for completeness & accuracy.
- Gather signatures on appropriate paperwork.
- Monitor contract deadlines.
- Coordinate inspections.
- Coordinate appraisals.
- Audit files to ensure compliance.
- Trust Money verification and receipt.
- Coordinating closings and final walk throughs.
- Order home warranty, if applicable.
- Ensure title has any invoices, referral information, CDA's, if applicable.
- Conduct final audit of file for closing.
- Detailed list of services will be provided, this is just a short version.

Listing Option 1:
Starter Package
- Fill out initial listing documents and send them to the seller along with any
required disclosures for signature. - Set up the listing in the MLS as incomplete - enter information, add required documents, upload pictures. Agent to make final edit and approve MLS input before going live.
- Submit listing for Broker Compliance.
Price: $175
Listing Option 2:
Full Service
- All items from option 1.
- Add client to Agent CRM database.
- Set up in showing service.
- Lockbox set up.
- Scheduling Photos
- Communication with Sellers.
- Add open houses in MLS.
- Creating 1 Agent Branded Social Media Graphics (Open House, Coming Soon, Just Listed, and price reduction)
Price: $300
*$175 Discount applied toward Contract to Close Services if TC used.
A LA Carte:
- Special project work, Data Entry & CRM Management: $25 per hour
or an ongoing services package to
be negotiated. - File Auditing/Broker Compliance:
$50 if all documents are completed.
$100 if documents still need to be
completed prior to submitting. - Post Closing Tasks: $100 (Add Buyer to anniversary database, mailing list, email mailing list. Claim sale on Zillow/Premier Agent, Add Homestead tax reminder to calendar.)
- Discounts are available for dual side & when Listing Option 2: Full Service is used.
